A patient of 5 years old with identification no 65432 visited our clinic with his mother. His mother told us that her son was 5 years old and had a complaint of bedwetting, mostly occurred at night.

She told us they done with all his medical reports but all were normal.

Patient was over all healthy individual but had much complaints of passing urine at night.

Parents had to change bed sheets on a daily basis. They said patient never told us when he felt as if he needs to pass urine and whenever they said their child that “Why you are not complaining us while you feel the urge to pass urine” and in an answer patient replied “I never felt as if I need to go to the washroom”.

Our doctors prescribed him a medicine and suggested parents to avoid fluid to child before sleep, in fact cut the amount of fluid intake in the evening.

Patient was given medicines for a month, and asked them to visit again after 1 month.

After one month, patient was bit better.

Medicines were prescribed for another one month and advised him a suitable diet according to his appetite.

And, within a 6 months child was completely recovered and medicines were no longer needed.
