A 28 years old female patient (identification number- 0058) visit our clinic with a complaint of painful blisters in the mouth. She showed us her affected area of the mouth which is more on the right side.
On skin examination, our doctor noticed blisters and from some of the blisters, discharge is oozing out and some having crust formation.
Eruptions were painful and sometimes itchy, hardening was also there. She had itching on the eruptions which became painful while scratching. She commented that once she started scratching over the skin for some relief, but instead of feeling better her itching got worse like anything.
