A 33 yr old Mr. Raj (Patient identification number 29675) who is a resident of west Bengal visited our clinic in Chandigarh on 25/7/17.
He had complaint of lower backache since 1 yr.
Pain extend from back to the right side of hip with numbness and stiffness of the right leg which get aggravated from bending forward. Pain increased from pressure, rising from bed, after sleep, intensity of pain increases from cold weather.
Patient felt more pain when he lies on the painful side and he felt better by walking, motion and lying straight.
He also suffered from constipation since 1 yr. There was unsatisfactory stool, hard stools and had no urge to pass stool. His backache aggravated during constipation.
He had taken conventional medication for his lumbar pain but no marked changes were seen. Therefore doctor advised him for MRI .Reports shows posterior disc bulge at L4 –L5 level and there is an inflammation of the spine due to stress.
