A 47-years-old female patient, Mrs Gupta. (Patient Identification Number49038), from Mumbai consulted us via website for the complaint of severe burning in the epigastric region accompanied by food regurgitation and sensation as if something is stuck behind the sternum. She also complained of nausea, sour water brash, & eructation. She reported she had distended abdomen after taking juices at night and occasional pain & heaviness in her chest due to flatulence. The complaint had started 5-6 years back after taking antibiotics for respiratory tract infection. Her complaints mostly aggravated after meals, eating spicy food, disturbed sleep.

She complained of anxiety which causes dullness of mind, she had no interest in talking or watching T.V, irritability, low energy levels, lack of interest in doing things, lack of stamina.
