A 53-year-old Bank Manager from New Delhi, India visited our clinic on 19th September 2017. He was suffering from Pompholyx for one year. His palms were affected. He complained of blisters on his palms which were painless but as the appearance was not good, he felt under confident that his clients and staff would think his hands were dirty or he had some communicable disease.

He also complained of eructation and mild indigestion complaints. His sleep was disturbed as he kept on thinking about his disease.

He visited again on 4th November 2017 and was anxious as he said he felt there was no improvement. His condition had stopped worsening, it was explained to him that initially Homeopathy controls further spread of disease and then existing symptoms are helped. We increased his dosage and advised him to avoid using soap to avoid further irritation. However, his complaints of eructation and indigestion was better.

He reported over telephone on 6th February 2018. He reported that his blisters had started settling. He continued treatment for few more months. He reported again on 19th May 2018. He was 50 % better.
