    What is night blindness?

    Night blindness (nyctalopia) is defined as an inability to see well at night or in low light.

    What vitamin deficiency causes night blindness?

    Deficiency of Vitamin A causes night blindness. It is common in poorer countries but rarely is seen in more developed countries. What causes night blindness?

    Night blindness is caused due to deficiency of the cells in the retina that are responsible for the vision in dark or low light. It has many causes like:
