    What is heel pain?

    Heel pain is the pain which occurs on the underside or the back of heel area that varies in severity and location i.e. right or left. Heel is the first bone that makes contact with ground when walking, running, jumping etc. it take full force impact , weight and shock while motion. Primarily it causes pain in heel on first step and can continue with walking or may subside with continuous motion depending on the severity of lessens.
